Rum & Cigar Night

Taking place this Friday, August 6, 2021, from 5 to 7 p.m., head on out to Margaritaville Lake Resort for Rum & Cigar Night. This event will feature a live cigar rolling demonstration as well as a complimentary cigar. Additionally, your ticket includes a rum flight from Bacardi, as well as a chance to try four of their main flavors, including Reserva Ocho, Anejo Cuatro, Spiced Rum, and Superior Rum.

Located at 600 Margaritaville Parkway in Montgomery Texas, you can enjoy a night of R&R while relaxing with a drink. What’s more? This event will take place every night through September 4, and tickets can be purchased for $42 here.

Spelling Bee

As summer comes to a close, many adults are not ready to go back to work and school. In order to live it up before the warm weather runs out, 202 Main will be hosting the first annual adult spelling bee!

This event will feature an adult spelling bee contest complete with multiple rounds. Incentives include a complimentary drink for each participant, as well as a few prizes. The third place will receive a $100 gift certificate, the second place will receive a $200 gift certificate, and the first place will receive a cash prize of $500. The event will take place this Friday, August 6 at 5 p.m., and tickets are available here for $15. All participants must be 21 years or older to participate.

Frank Weber at Southern Star

This Saturday, August 7 from 2-7 p.m., come on out to Southern Star Brewing Co. to witness Frank Weber in action. Weber is a Forensic Psychologist and True Crime Author who is ready to spill the tea about what they get wrong on tv. You will have a chance to have your questions answered and learn about what goes on during investigations, as well as enjoy an ice-cold beverage in the process.
