#1: Keep A Permanent Set Of Products
Are you someone who travels frequently or spends a significant amount of time away from your home? Do yourself a favor and collect products that you need for travel – and keep them separate from your daily permanent collection of dental hygiene products. As a result, you won’t ever wake up, go to brush your teeth, and wonder where on earth you left your toothbrush.
#2: Track Everything
You may think to yourself that setting up the timer on your phone to make sure you’re brushing for two minutes is a waste of time. However, it can actually save you time, effort, and frustration – brush long enough and you are less likely to develop cavities (which will require much more than a few seconds – you’ll need to come in for a dental filling, of course). Also track dental appointments with a calendar, so you show up on time every time – staying on schedule saves you stress and extra effort in the end.
#3: Keep Notes
The idea of jotting daily notes down may sound time consuming, but a minute of daily time can actually save you a ton of time and help you avoid feeling stressed about your dental hygiene and oral health. Keep a running list of questions you have for us, items you need from the store, the dates you notice something (such as the development of a sore), and you will be on top of your smile game on a daily basis.
