Check Out The Conroe Art League’s 2021 Showcase

The Conroe Art League hosts an annual showcase of both local and national art. Artists submit their pieces for viewing in a gallery at the Walter P. Jett Continuing Education Center. Last year’s art exhibition was stalled by COVID-19, and while the gallery was able to reopen with safety procedures in place, the opportunities to view the pieces were limited. This year’s showcase is open from now until March 31st, so there’s still time to take in art from around the country.

“Nunsense” Coming to The Creighton Theater

Stage Right, a subdivision of Texas Stages, is bringing their production of the musical comedy show, “Nunsense” to The Creighton Theater from April 9th through the 25th. This entertaining show features music, dancing, singing, and acting, all from a talented cast. The audiences for these shows will be limited to 300 people per viewing in order to maintain social distancing procedures, and masks will be required. After a year of incredibly limited theater productions, this is a highly anticipated return for Stage Right and their talented cast. Take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy live theater again.
