B52 BBQ Competition
If there is one thing to know about Texans, it is that we are known for out barbecues. Indeed, Texas-style BBQ is something you and your family do not want to pass up, and we promise it is a life-changing experience! Fortunately, if you are looking to enjoy some delicious BBQ this summer, then this first event is just for you.
This Saturday, July 16th from 12 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., B52 Brewing Company will be hosting the B52 barbecue competition. It is the inaugural event for this competition and will feature delicacies from Brandon’s Bar-B-Que, Williams Bar-B-Q, The Shed BBQ, and Junior’s Backyard BBQ.
Entrance to the venue is free, but tickets are required for participation and sampling. What’s more? Each ticket will include a sample boat from each vendor, a beer or non-alcoholic beverage, and a voting token. Tickets are available online here for $20, or on-site the day of for $25.
Montgomery County Christmas in July Shopping Extravaganza
Another Texas staple includes supporting all of our local small businesses, and this event is nothing short of doing exactly that. This Saturday, July 16, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Lone Star Convention Center will be hosting the Montgomery County Christmas in July Shopping Extravaganza! This event allows you to get a head-start on your holiday shopping for the Fall, and will feature over 150 vendors offering a wide variety of goodies, treats, and must-have winter items. It is located at Lone Star Convention Center at 9055 Airport Road, and there is a $5 entry fee. For more information, check out the event page here.
She Shack Ladies Night Out
For the ladies that need a little R&R, this next one is for you. This Saturday, July 16, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., She Shack will be hosting Ladies Night Out. The event will feature wine, bites, socializing, and of course, shopping! Check it out here on the event page to learn more.
