Flick & Float: Aladdin
Are you and the family a major Disney movie fan? Do you enjoy soaking up the summer sun by the pool? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you’re in luck! This Friday, July 9, 2021, at 7 p.m., the folks at heritage place invite you and the family to come join them for their Flick & Float event.
This event allows you to bring a pool noodle and relax in the pool while watching Disney’s live-action Aladdin on the big screen. The entry fee is $5, and free popcorn and root beer floats are available to all who come out. There will also be other concessions available for you to purchase.
Families are encouraged to bring pool noodles for support and relaxation, and no other swimming paraphernalia will be allowed. Pool noodles are available for $1.50, and tickets are available on the event page here. Come out to Heritage Place at 500 Collins Street in Conroe to enjoy your Friday night.
Moto Xtreme Circus
If you are an adrenaline junkie that enjoys watching others with the need for speed, then this event is just for you. This Friday, July 9, and Saturday, July 10, the Moto Xtreme Circus is in town! Come on out to Lone Star Convention Center at 9055 Airport Road in Conroe to witness their high-adrenaline show. This event features a combination of action sports and incredible circus thrills as talented motocross racers perform spectacular acts.
General admission is $20 and children’s tickets are $8. Tickets for this event are available for purchase on the event site, and the shows begin at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., respectively.
The Foreigner
Comedy fans, get ready for a two-act show you will not forget. This Friday, July 9, and Saturday, July 10, Owen Theatre will show The Foreigner, a two-act comedy by American playwright Larry Shue. Each show will take place from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on both days, and tickets are $24, available for purchase through the event page here.
