The days are getting longer, the weather warmer, and everyone’s desire to hop in the pool to cool off and get started on some summer fun is reaching an all time high! Fortunately, your favorite, the annual Flick-n Float events, are just around the corner.
What To Expect
If you haven’t been to a Flick-n Float event before, here’s what you need to know: You’ll show up with your pool noodle, hop (okay, carefully step) into the pool, and you get to float around, relax, purchase snack food, and hang out with friends, while you watch a movie! (While this is all very exciting, it doesn’t quite surpass the fun of getting a free root beer, too!)
When Is It?
The Flick-n Floats will take place on Fridays June 9th and June 14th, 2017 from 7pm to 10pm.
Which Pool Should I Visit?
If you wish to participate, take note of the following locations:
- June 9th: The Conroe Aquatic Center, located at 1205 Candy Cane Lane
- June 14th: The Oscar Johnson, Jr. Community Center Pool, located at 100 Park Place
Which Movies Will Play?
If you head out for the June 9th showing, you will see Finding Dory (rated G). If you see the June 14th showing, you will get to watch SING (which is rated PG).
How Much Does Entrance Cost?
Admission to the events costs $5 per person.
