Answer: We can make your tooth seem longer with the use of certain dental treatments. However, we cannot make your tooth continue to grow. We can address one or multiple teeth, so you reach your smile goals.

Question: How do you make my teeth look longer?

Answer: We might rely on dental bonding, a cosmetic care treatment that allows us to use composite to match your tooth and then extend additional “tissue” for a longer looking tooth. Or, we may suggest a porcelain veneer, the dimensions of which we will customize, so your tooth appears longer.

Question: Is there a reason beyond the cosmetic to make my tooth longer?

Answer: There might be. You may have trouble with your bite balance because a tooth is too short or you might find that you have trouble eating or speaking.
