This weekend, the Conroe Symphony Orchestra is putting on a concert for Valentine’s Day for you and your loved ones to enjoy. What Is the Concert?

The Valentines Day Concert, “Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue,” is a two-hour concert being put on by the Conroe Symphony Orchestra, under Dr. Jacob Sustaita, their new Conductor and Music Director, this weekend. It will also include a performance from special guest artist Zhi-Yuan (Bruce) Luo, the 2019 YTA Audience Choice Award and Silver Medalist Winner, who will be performing Rigoletto for Clarinet by Giuseppe Verdi.

When and Where Is the Concert?

The concert will be held on Saturday, February 8th, 2020, from 7:30 PM until 9:30 PM at Conroe High School, located at 3200 W. Davis Street (SH 105), Conroe, TX.

Which Pieces Will be Performed?

At this concert, the Conroe Symphony Orchestra will perform several beautiful songs, including:

  • Chevis Garden by B.D. Griffin
  • Scherzo by Dmitri Shostakovich
  • Symphony #9 mvt 1 by Antonín Dvorák
  • Pocahontas by Alan Menken

You will also have the opportunity to purchase group tickets for 10 or more people for $100, and season tickets for $40.
