Don’t worry – as long as you are brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing your teeth, you are probably doing a wonderful job with your preventive care habits. As for the details of your home care, however, we would like to make some suggestions regarding your approach in the morning and your approach at night. Instead, give your undivided devotion to your smile, so you get your teeth as clean as possible. The difference can have a significant effect on your oral health.
Brushing At Night
If it’s still nice and early and the sun is out or you keep the lights on in your house, proceed as usual with your preventive care routine.
