Your admission includes 3 pours, and you can take home the glass. You can also purchase 32 oz. and 64 oz. growlers to go. B-52 is located at 12470 Milroy Lane.

About B-52

B-52 Brewing Co. was founded by brothers Brent and Chad Daniel. Avid home brewers, the two brothers soon realized that their passion lay in sharing their creations with others. After perfecting their craft, they decided to open up their own brewery. Although Brent and Chad were living in Austin at the time, they wanted to return to the Houston area where they grew up. They knew Conroe would be the perfect place to whip up some amazing local brews. They stumbled upon the name B-52 while on a vacation to Costa Rica. At the time, they were searching for the perfect name – something that spoke of the spirit of America. While eating at a restaurant called El Avion, built around an old cargo plane, someone mentioned the name B-52. It stuck.

Today, B-52 offers a number of year round beers, as well as some seasonal rotations. At your brewery tour, you might taste:

  • Payload Pilsner
  • Double IPA
  • Wingman Wheat IPA
  • Schwartzbeir
  • Rye Saison
  • Breakfast Stout

Beer and Your Teeth

Although we certainly encourage supporting local businesses, we also want to remind you about the effects that beer can have on your teeth. Although wine is notorious for causing dental stains, beer can also have ill effects on the color of your smile. Like wine, beer is acidic. The acid can erode your dental enamel. This will expose the layer of dentin, which is not naturally as white as enamel. Additionally, dentin is more porous and, therefore, more susceptible to discoloration. Of course, this does not mean that you can never enjoy a pint or two. However, it is important to do so in moderation. When you choose to drink beer, be sure to drink a glass of water at the same time. This will help rinse the acid from your mouth, protecting your enamel. If possible, you should also brush your teeth about thirty minutes after you finish your beverage.
