Wish you could take a cooking class that would steer you in the right direction but either the cost or the commitment is just not something you’re interested in at the moment? Lucky you, there’s a mobile cooking school coming through Conroe that offers you all the benefits – and it’s free! What Is It?
“On the Road to Healthy Living” Mobile Cooking School is making a stop in Conroe. Featuring extension agent Amy Ressler, the class is offered in three parts, so you may become more familiar with some easy-to-follow guidelines for nutrition, preparation of healthy food, and even food safety. You will walk away from the experience with some new knowledge as well as hands-on kitchen experience for making delicious, healthy recipes.

The classes will be held Friday, February 20 and 27, 2015 from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

Adults and children 8 and older, as long as children are accompanied by an adult.
