What you may not realize about enjoying any type of dessert, be it candy, cookies, cake, or anything else packed with sugar is that sugar on its own isn’t some sort of smile-damaging evil dessert. The problem? It’s with how long your smile is in contact with those sugars. Why is that, you ask? When you limit exposure, you don’t give bacteria time to feast, you stop the acid attack from happening, and you protect your oral health. So, how to limit this exposure, you ask our Conroe, TX team? Why, we never thought you’d ask!
